I am not sure what is going on, When I kill the last emitter, My lines go black like they are not connected anymore and I don't win, I have tried to send my Cn backs up and then the timer never starts, If I close and reload then the CN timers work. I can't find any emitters anywhere that I have missed and I have picked up all artifacts. Does any one have any ideas? Prior to this map I did finish a few others today so I don't think it is a game issue.

Try load save before winning and rewin , that tells does problem comes again.  :-\

It never showed me an error, It just refused to recognize that i had won, But today I replayed and it gave me the correct response so I am not sure what happened yesterday, Maybe there was an update from steam that I needed that I didn't get until today. But it was only that 1 map.

Several times I had the same problem and asked in Forum helps of administration of CW3.
Response/conclusion was: "... not good internet connection from my computer to central server of CW3... ". 
Next day problem disappears.

Nobody knows, I have a horribly unstable connection and haven't had issues. Might be a glitch. But I have found before that I was missing a Tech Artifact or Runner Nest, esp. with Yum's maps.

Winning level should not require internet connection at all , submitting score requires.  8)

Disconnect your internet and win map to see it out.  ???

I am pretty sure it was missing runner nest or something , like GoodMorning said.  :-\
