So disappointed that the creeper wasn't actually red.

RrR

You can make it red if you want it red!

The colour of creeper and anticreeper and be set in the settings planet orbiting the DMD sun.

The small green icon on the right that is a Bertha -- how do I mine it to get a 3rd Bertha?

Imposter

Well I know you can grab it after you take the north east island by setting one of the long range networks on the power zone, then moving your headquarters to that island. I'm not sure if you can get it before then which is kind of lame.

I thought it was pretty clever.
Z417 did a number of clever things whilst building this, and I enjoyed it very much.

I liked it, found myself a bit surprised when I realised there were no air unit to attack the northeast island with, had to...

... use a good ole brute force method of just landing heaps of blasters, mortars and guppies on there.

Critical comments have more impact if they include an actual recommendation for improvement.

I figured it was implied but here it is: Don't include extra pickup items if they're only available when the map is already won. They only draw out the game time for no reason.

The exception would be if they have some sort of story significance.

Just played again. It is possible to get the third bertha in the mid-game
Spoiler
once you have one PZ bertha it is easy to clear the island of creeper and fly the CN over to pick it up

Not sure it is the optimal game play though as the third bertha isn't ready until late. But it is good to have options.

"But it is good to have options."

LOL!
That should be the official CW slogan.

Perhaps as your playing skills develop you will see these kinds of alternative approaches.

Dude, you just ooze an attitude of "I'm better than you" from every post in this thread. You could have been a gentleman and a scholar like RrR by mentioning how it was accomplished rather than simply stroking your ego. :/

The last two posts in this thread would have been better served in PMs.

I would prefer to only see further posts in this thread that deals with *this* map and/or strategies and opinions concerning *this* map.
