My first map. This world faces global warming, and you must stop it! Water threatens to flood your base and you have builders, planes, highways, factories, farms, and experimental lasers to stop it! Destoy the factory on the North Pole, it is the only way! #NoCPRL #TechLimits #Fast

WAY too easy. All I had to do for a sub 50 second time was launch the three guppies.  ::)

Something has gone terribly wrong in the creation of this map, and it is the presence of an unguarded Inhibitor with easy, infinitely safe nullifier access coupled with pre-built units that ensure enough energy to not run out immediately. Replace the inhibitor with an emitter and add some early game risk and you have a 7+ rating map.
