Can you beat the wave of creeper with numerous restrictions?

To be honest, the restrictions are pretty irrelevant. I never came close to the limit and I had plenty of units to spare. If you had cut the number of allowed units in half, it might have had an effect on the map - just keep in mind you'll get some people who are upset that they don't have enough weapons to write their name using cannons or mortars.

And I don't see what the point of having ore near the emitters would be... by the time you can get to it, you really don't need it. It's like giving someone a bigger gun at the end of the war.

Having said that, it's a decent map... although I'm not sure what the deal is with all the maps being released these days... they're all missing totems. Just about everyone likes to upgrade stuff because it makes it way more betterer and all that.
