My second map, hopefully a but more fun to play than the first! Another AC map, bombers and guppys galore. I intend my maps to be a bit of a challenge, I think the balance is better on this one. Please post any feedback on the forum, love to hear your ideas.

Visually, this map looks ripe for the season. The vertical and horizontal pieces remind me of ice crystals on window panes, or twinkling distant stars. Can't wait to try it. I'm not very good at maps without cannons and mortars so it may take me a while.  8)
Twas a sad day when we mothballed Creeper World for Particle Fleet.

No guns other than berthas makes it vicious!  it took a singularity shot to nail the nullifier.

Beautiful map. Really, I had to catch my breath when I saw the thumbnail. Nice job!

I used 3 berthas and two bombers all on powerzones (bertha on bottom left, top left and top right islands, bomber bottom right and bottom middle), this is enough to take the central island, digitalis is slow to regrow when you flood an area with enough AC

Start is tight. Took me a few attempts to get it right.

You need power, and to nullify both nearby pairs of spore towers before they launch and put beams on the pz. You only have a few seconds spare. There might be alternative strategies

I start by making two collectors then nullify both sets of beams together. Then build 1 beam on the top set of PZs and 1 beam and a reactor on the bottom ones. Usually have about 45 seconds to spare

I took my time but basically did the same start as D0m0nik described. We had a great time and it's one of the few AC maps that we managed to beat.

We quickly build 2 collectors for energy then relays to the 2 closest islands. If placed correctly, you can nullify 2 spore towers in one shot. That gives you plenty of time to lay down a beam in a PZ on the island just above you. I placed a reactor in a PZ on the SE island to supplement power and that bought me some time to expand westward. Remember relays built on PZs have extra long reach. I also terp'ed a bit to create more real estate on the smaller islands.

Possibly the best "AC Only" map I've played.
Really had to think through the approach/tactics and had SEVERAL backup & restarts.
Would love to see a version II of this with normal weapons.
