Custom Image Issue

I cannot figure out what is causing this corner to appear or how to get rid of it. The image that is causing this is completely empty along the edges and is 128x128. It is the second one on the CRPL core, and its Z-coordinate is set to -2. (though changing that, or the scale, does nothing) Would anyone happen to know what the problem is?
