Nice map.  Allows for varied play style.  (I actually got a little bit of use out of shields.)  Does not drag on.

yeah, at first i really just put the shields for basic defense but they really came in handy during testing (very nice way to get rid of the first three emitters and gaining foothold on the inhibitor's "island")... it seems much more solid than the last map i had made.. also do you think i perhaps put to many spores? they can be dealt with rather easily, but they still seem like a huge amount...

lol I was thinking you needed more spores!  :D
I like this map (haven't finished yet) it's nice, but i dislike the colour scheme of the terrain! not that that matters much ::)

I found the spores very easy to deal with.  Only the 20 couldn't be nullified without approaching the SE island.  But I just built a bunch of beams right up close.   Too many more and I would have had trouble though.

The runner-towers in the southeast claimed to spawn every 3 seconds, but I hardly saw any creepers in them?
