At first I didn't think that was going to be possible... how you managed to do it in 26 minutes.. must have excellent timing. I got it more by luck than by skill...

Upgraded the ore pretty much so I could run 3 fully loaded bombers all the time. Started with the bottom right island, some bombers and terraforming space for more units. I used the singularity twice to take out the worst emitter on the upper left island.. I`m pretty sure I can shave off 5 minutes from my time.
