anyone else experience something like "oh no probs, i'll whack the CN's down in that area between the walls, and then i'll just spam collectors and .... WHAAA 5secs per spore!" then rage quit?  :D
this is going to take some fiddling to work out the best start, but i may just have to settle for a right to left push, great map dude!

I had no problems. Landed a CN near each resource corner and built a Beam tower in the PZ. Then expanded my energy and connected all the CNs and built a massive grid and a big old pile of Berthas.

I then got distracted trying in real time to make my units fly in nice formations etc. That cost me time, but I may speed run this sometime.

Just skip the collectors and that works fine. The spore tower won't target on command nodes or nullifiers, so if that's all you build, the spore tower will never fire. You have just enough time to build one nullifier with each command node and take out as many targets as you can, just as the first wall goes down. Can't quite take out EVERYTHING that way, but you can clear out the worst of it, including the spore tower.

I thought this was a fun map, but not really challenging (no restarts, only one moment of terror).

If you drop beams on the starting PZ's as soon as your CN's land, the rest of the level is gravy.

I got the beam tower and one emitter dropping a CN between walls.
Power. Power! I must have more POWER!

what I did

was to land all of my CN's near the AET and (with 2 nullifiers, nullified 3 emmiters, the AET and the spore tower. Then, I moved the CN's just outside the walls
