OS X versions

Quick and seemingly random question.  
Is there anyone running the Mac OS X version of CW3 who lives in a country that uses commas for the decimal mark?
So you must live in a country where you would write 3,14159265 rather than 3.4159264, and you must be running CW3 on OS X.

My suspicion is that this person does not exist.  If this mythical person does exist, they are running with a different locale on this Mac or starting CW3 under a different locale.

Can anyone confirm or disprove this assertion?
