Will it be possible for the player to add land in 'the void' in standard gameplay ? and will it be possable for mapmakers to add land in void / add void in land during play with crpl ?

I have asked whether this would be possible, but so far, you cannot put land into void using terps. CRPL, however, I'm not so sure.
