Title: Custom Map Scores
Post by: Nate Dog on February 08, 2012, 11:50:40 PM
I was just wondering how map scores work. I just replayed a custom map seeing if I could get a slightly faster time (i didn't) but it was exactly the same as my first time. When I resubmitted it put me down below everybody else with the exact same score even though my score didn't change. I guess it thought it was a "new" score so it overwrote the old one? I'm just curious since it was nice seeing my name at the top of a scoreboard for once ;)

I believe that the oldest scores are listed first (when there are tied scores).  The records time stamp gets updated when you submit (even the same score), which would cause this.

Ah darn, I guess I'll have to remember this from now on. Thanks for clearing it up!
