Scoring will be based on total score-total time(in seconds). i.e. your total time is 50 minutes 15 seconds, and your score is 32,000 your final "score" is 1,985. The higher your score the better. Please see the table provided to submit your scores. Thanks for playing! Now go kick the creeper.

Is there a particular reason for minutes being 10 times more significant than seconds?

Asking as 32000 - (50*60*10 + 15) = 1985.
More sensible would be
    score = 'points' - 10*'time in seconds'
which yields a score of 1850 in the example, and seems the desired formula.

you can leave that to me but i still don;t get what you are saying, try and beat some of the maps and i'll tell you what I think your final total is.
