I think its great that you want to design and create custom maps. We need more map makers, and its always more fun to play a new map, then to replay an old map.

That said, please take a look at the comments the map mods have provided you, and think about the comments.

You need to make your maps quite alot harder. They are quite dull atm. There is no real threat to the liberty ship, and a single blaster is enough to beat the map. Design a map, test it, evaluate it, was it fun? If not go back to designing, and tweak it a little.

In comparison it took me about 2-3 hours to create the maps "Trapped" and "Stairway to Heaven". Of course these are big maps using fields and alot of features, and not every map should be like that. Its fine to have maps that only takes 5 min.

I could easily spend over 24 hours creating one, but I don't care. Aslong others have fun with them, everything is fine. I hope more mapmakers think like that. I also got a comment about that: It's these kinds of maps that make me think thank you for taking the TIME to make them

This map is very very easy... there is no difficulty involved. It would be nice if you could make your maps harder. :)

I agree with the comments above. It is important for all of us to recognize the efforts of anyone who take the time to create a map and I truly appreciate the work you do.

Your most recent map is much improved over the earlier ones and I look forward to having you make us all work harder to defeat your creations.

yeah, its easy; but its a story and in the first missions of a story, its not very hard, it will get hard soon :)

Yes but with custom maps, you can expect that people have completed most if not all of the regular game maps. They allready know how the various units function, and you don't really have to start over from scratch.

Its fine to start a story line with only a few units, but if you want to make a good map there should be some level of challenge.
