I was playing both games on my laptop while we were out of town. Now we're back and I'd like to move over the history to my main machine. I don't find anything in the documents folder that looks like it's from either game, though.

Bring up windows explorer and enter this:
%appdata%\CreeperWorld\

This will take you to the CreeperWorld directory that has a file named gamedata.dat in it. This file has your progress. Just copy it around from machine to machine to move your progress.

%appdata%\CreeperWorld2\ has the same file for your CW2 installation.
