There could be mode that you have map and in that map you can use for example 20 collectors, 5 blasters, 3 mortars, 5 speed, 5 reactors and no more ... and you must beat a map with only that ... in every map it will be various ...
if you wanna do that then make a map ... put the available weapons and speed and reactors on the map.... then tick the boxes that forbid you to build certain structors...
However you cant do this with collects..
