Ok so the game play is as addictive as bacon flavoured crack. But graphically it is shocking.
The creator of the game obviously has a physics and maths brain and should concede on the artwork.
Could you imagine Creeper World with incredible graphics? with the creeper splashing and with ripples, and with the terrain allowing smooth hills like in Black and White. It's probably beyond what AIR can do and would require huge investment in time and is prob out of scope for a long time. Maybe someone like Steam might invest? They seem to champion independent game designers.
Here's hoping anyway.
For me it's all in the gameplay. More effects would only distract from the game itself. Besides that it would be even more CPU intensive, something I wouldn't like.
When I play a game of chess I always choose the 2-D screen layout. 3-D might look nicer, but it certainly won't let me play better....
And you play this game because you hate it ?
Why should the game have fancy garphics ,
when it works very nice as it is now .
And it gets better after every update ,
based on good suggestions from the users .
How the game works is much more important that the look of the game ,
so the graphics can come later to improve it more .
Remember that this game is made by a person ,
not a company =P
