apart from wishing I could turn off the phantom siren ... nice map
go to options and you'll find a button there. If you click it the siren sounds won't be played anymore ;)

Build shields at the beginning and go straight to the conversion bomb tech - and don't shoot down the phantoms - they're anti-creeper phantoms.
Props on the map, J :). The beginning took a few tries . . . finally solved it by

blocking all the initial creeper with shields, building up all the energy I could, then blocking with repulsers, then using launchers to knock each emitter down before destroying them

Once ya get the initial bottom done, the rest is pretty easy . . . but I forgot that I actually had the experimental weapon and almost wet myself when I looked at the amount of creeper that I had to get through above. Haha . . .
It's possible whiteout using shields at start. ;) who will be the first one to find out?

Of course it might be possible without using shields - but why wouldn't you use shields? I can't imagine any other options that would be energy efficient compared to just using shields.
