I wana submit some music tracks to this game when a sequel is released. Who do I needa contact to discuss? Would the dev's even be open to something like this?

Well if that's the case, I'm sure that getting free music might be acceptable as long as he likes the tunes. I'm under no illusion that one of my songs would be blindly accepted into the game, but I'd like an avenue to submit something.
The only thing you can do really is ask Virgil... but i think he is to busy sorting out CW1 Expansion ... then he will be busy with CW2... if he likes the music tho he might put it in CW1 expansion or CW2
