You can get a comparable effect by using a higher intensity but lower frequency.

He's talking about whether it spreads fast like water or slow like syrup, not how much. As far as I can tell, intensity and timing won't help.
It might be nice , but on longtimed maps ,
this might make the computer stall .
So there shouldnt be to much info for the computer to work with ,
then the maps might take way longer time to finnish .

It will. A lot of Creeper emitted all at once will spread faster than the same amount of Creeper emitted over a period of time.
