But it seems no matter what I set the creeper amount to, the max amount of creeper I can paint is 2M.

you mean ~2.147B? or just 2M, ~2.147B is the limit in the editor

Yea it was only 2M (2000k) not 2B (2000M)

Did you hit enter or click creeper again after changing the amount?
