Not sure if it's been mentioned, but it'd be fun to have the option to cause reactors to randomly blow up and turn into a small emitter pile, based off of chance
If reactor built = finally complete for first time
{
chance of meltdown = 5 percent (based off map editor's settings)
time until meltdown = 300 seconds (would happen 5 minutes after being built. but you wouldn't know your reactor was chosen until it blew up)
}
random events are not a good idea for a game where some people play for highscores (hell, even spores are too random for me)
Reactors are often build close to Odin City, so an emitter there would not be a good idea, as you will lose your other reactors as well within a few seconds.
I meant to say creep pile not emitter.
its a good idea when they are destroyed by other creepers they will explode in a big explosion, so new tactics will appear.
Yes instead of the reactor exploding into creep which makes no sence game play wise IMO and story wise IMO, they should explode into a slightly larget than moratar sized area comepltely vaporising any creep in that area.
@The Creep Destroyer
Who is stupid enough to make a reactor next to creeper??
when you can use it as a super bomb, me
Maybe all towers should have an mine inside ,
then they do some damage if they gets destroyed .
The mine is already in the game ,
so it might be easyier to add to towers .
But then ther might be an cheap way to use collectors as an defence wall .
not all, that will ruin the real cw game expierence
So would randomly having a perfectly good building pop 5 minutes after you build it with no warning.
i much prefer spiffen's idea, especially if say you found you built too many blasters, or you build too many on purpose and you can fly some to land in pools, mobile carnage

oh a one use drone. LOL
kinda, it'd be fun to play with, or it can be useful if someone makes a map which denies you the use of drones and/or mortars
