Nope, seeing as almost everyone who buys cw2 will have bought CW1. But, just pay the 10$. Trust me, CW2 is worth far more then that.

The bundle price is designed to sell CW1 at the lower price of $5 to add sales for the older product. So unfortunately your argument does not stand up. As has been pointed out, a large number of the current sale are to existing CW1 players and they would all be entitled to that deal you suggest.
Hopefully your purchase of CW1 was made with good justification and you got value for your money.
You should now evaluate your purchase of CW2 along the same lines - will you get a great game for the bargain price of $10?
I can spare $5 to buy food to my children !
