Hey, I finished the storyline of CW and then had to reformat my PC. (too much pr0n!!!)
Is there a way to unlock all the levels so that I dont have to redo them again?

unfortunately you'll have to beat them again if you dont have the saved game data, look on the brightside though, you're more knowledgeable and you can try for highscores this time round

in your %appdata% folder.
it's protected with a RC4 cipher though

It is in my %appdata% folder on Win 7.
Open Windows Explorer or any of the bazillion folders that has an address bar. Click on Organize -> Folder and Search Options. Check to see if you have the option checked (tautology!) to see hidden files and folders.
Now in the address bar type %appdata%
The CreeperWorld folder will be there.
