I was perhaps presumptious in posting this without an official ruling, but I wasn't sure I'd be able to post later tonight.
While these dates are not yet significant, I believe they will be. So far, only one date has been numerically significant in a similar way (January 1, 1111), and since that date has been played thoroughly, I chose a different number theme (reversely sequential).
Regarding 1/11/1111, I doubt anyone noted its significance way back then, especially since the current (Gregorian) calendar wasn't in force until 1582. So even if someone thought about it, it wasn't on the same day we recognize it today.
