My game is frozen. I removed AIR, reinstalled the game, deleted my files, etc, but nothing. i cannot creep anymore,
it freezes in the KC splash screen thats the first screen, right before "calibrating fractall..."
can anyone help me?

A few questions:
- What operating system do you use?
- Did you try rebooting your pc?
- Did you update AIR to the latest version?
- Did you apply the latest CW patch?
- When you start another AIR application, like the map editor (downloadable for free), does it freeze as well?
- When you open your task manager (Ctrl-Alt-Delete), does it say: application not responding?
- Did you update anything else recently?
- Did you install any other apps recently?
Standard questions:
- Is it turned on?
- Is it plugged in?
- Do you have latest firmware upgrades?
