Virgil, an option in SMF is to prevent guests from viewing user profiles. I see many guests doing this. Often these "guests" are actually bots crawling forums for email address harvesting. I think you may want to turn off the feature in SMF that allows unregistered guests to view members' profiles.

No problem. They shouldn't have been able to see people's email addresses, but there is also no reason that guests should be able to see anything about members other than names.
