You have utterly got me on this one. I could barely hang on, when the first storm started counting down I knew I didn't have a chance.
It's hard to find the words for this one, so I'll just quote my wife who often says, "YES! YES! YES! Ohhhh YES!" (She loves her new massage chair apparently.)
Dude, this map is awesome. Tried two different approaches that failed but thankfully the third one worked. And by "worked" I just mean you feel like you're making progress but still feeling pressure. About 25 minutes in, I felt comfortable enough to go feed my face while the totems fed the forge.
I didn't mess with the runner nests that you pointed to. They didn't seem very effective so I just wiped them all out without discriminating.
If you're struggling, here's what worked for me:
Spoiler
Collectors, then 2x ore + 1 sprayer, more ore + sprayer as needed, mortars + blasters + reactors as able to build, then beams. Don't forget to build an occasional collector outside the wall for a little extra power.
And I know how difficult it is for you to have an In... Inhi... yanno, that red circle thing that the Knights who say, "Ekke Ekke Ekke Ekke Ptang Zoo Boing!" cannot bear to hear nor say. But thanks for putting one in, right behind the yellow and black shrubbery with a little path right along the back wall. It was perfect, and you didn't even make us cut down a the mightiest tree in the forest with a herring. Most excellent.
Instead of an arduous clean-up, it was more like the epilogue in a good movie after the heroes blow the evil villains to tiny bits. Didn't really need the other 2 pick-ups, but after killing the Red Eye of Sauron you can go pick up the two stranded Hobbits. Or whatever similar analogy provides buoyancy for your small water vessel. As long as the boat floats, wear it. 10/10 fo shizzle with McDrizzle.
And the Cinnamon Toast Crunch reference - 😉
Thanks for the awesome map!!! =)
Alex has been kidnapped by aliens and they made this map. That's the only way an inhibitor can exist here.
Beware, we're next!
Orrr... perhaps WE'VE been abducted by aliens and they've stuck us in some Matrix-style simulation and you've just discovered a glitch in the program. Ya never know.
