Ridiculously easy.

The stuff up top can be killed by the guppy bug, leaving the base in the south completely invulnerable and 3 20-pt emitters on the left side.

2nd try, built nothing but collectors and some power. Guppy bug the top stuff, bombers and berthas against the southwest, then walk up the map. Got the whole thing without building any weapons other than the nullifiers.
