Have I gotten worse or have your maps gotten tougher?
Once again a map where you clearly must kill the emitters before you can expand out of the start--but I can just barely keep the creep out of the start area and can't bring enough firepower on anything else to get at the emitters around the edge.
You have a bit of time. As soon as you have an energy gem down, immediately built out collectors everywhere, and then build reactors. I built them 3 at a time, adjusting as needed depending on how my power was doing.
After you have about 9 reactors or so, you can start placing AC mines, and build 4 sprayers, setting them to always on. They will keep your starting area safe enough for a couple more minutes in which you spend building as many reactors as you can. A few minutes in you'll need to build a couple beam weapons to get those first volleys handled.
Once you're full of reactors, you'll have plenty of energy and then you can start building long lines of cannons to start pushing back against the creeper.
stdout already gives the best answer. I approached it a little differently and got the western and eastern totems running first before cleaning the digitalis.
Although I didn't mention it, I also took the east and west totems early like you did. 😊

That looked deadly, but the runner blow-ups are barely controllable. Success.
