very straightforward. I'd use guppies for the totems, or you can rush towards them.
I Killed everything, conquerd every Island, no emitter or nest exist anymore, but still no victory.
What do I miss?

Is that a joke?
1st: I did that, nothing happend.
2nd: if you change the rules, then give propper instructions.
There is nothing to do anymore.
- no creeper anymore
- every Island has now anti-creeper
- every Island had onnectors all overall (in case there is some hiden-tech-icon)
- I even deleted all my stuff just for sake, that this is somehow a clean the enviroment- level
- and I flew stupidly an beam over all islands, nothing!
what is in your mind, that is far away from a normal finishing?
Maybe it is an bug, I dont know, but why do you have to change the settings to somthing that will not work?
it's possible that there's a bug, but that's outside my control. If you do what I said in the spoiler above, and fly the Beam around, AND of course, land it, then you'll see what happens. If nothing happens, indeed, there is a bug.

The runner nest that provides AC is the upper left.
There's a hidden mystery object on the left middle island that can be attacked with a beam.
After you kill it with a beam, it leaves a power zone.
Put a collector in the power zone and then you will need to feed it with AC.
