Not sure if these tricks are "logical"...!

I used a few exploits to beat this one... and the instructions are very misleading!

This is what I did:
Spoiler
- ignored the instructions!
- ignored the runners!
- ignored the artifact!
- found the hidden unit (GRRRRR!)

There is also an exploit I took advantage of:

- units disabled by runners are not disabled when you reload a saved game...
- CNs + PZs are much better after a reload too!
