I can't imagine how some of those times were accomplished but this is easier than most of your maps.  What's all the ore for?

I used it to set up 4-8 always-on sprayers at the perimeter so I could nullify the anti-creeper emitters to put beams on the PZs. I don't know that it was strictly necessary but at the end of the day the creeper never got near the central area, so although I built a bunch of backup cannons and mortars around the perimeter of the central area I didn't really end up needing them.

using the ore makes start much faster. u can invest much more in energy & attack on all fronts.
