I actually used the same solution I used on the first one  ;D

1.

Needed to very carefully count the packets used- there are just enough packets in the CN to avoid landing on the left

The guppies use the return-to-base trick to land on the 5 open spots, and build nullifiers there

Build a terp on the left, but only allow 8 packets to it, just enough to level the landing spot. By then, the CN should have picked up the message

send the CN leftward, and when it joins the guppy network, disarm the guppies. It should start building the nullifiers. Keep going until the CN has 4 energy left, then stop it's build packets

there's a couple more tricks to really optimize the time, but I will leave that as an exercise for the reader!

Am stuck... can't figure out how to use the CN to refuel a guppy let alone use it to fuel one of the nullifiers... ???

A VERY careful review of Weasee's reply helped a lot... changed my entire approach...
