There are some AC bugs around but I can't comprehend how to survive long enough to exploit them.

by hints, I mean, can you explain how to:

1. start this map?
2. establish a base?
3. finish this map?
4. check number 1 again.

You can also first look for yourself where strong and where weak emitters are.Then you start at this weak point

-start north
- take the Pickups
- built some reactors and 3 snipers & feed them up
- Move the snipers to the central island one by one
- sniper the ac bugs there
- move CN to the central island
- start fight

Nice map!

My solution was
Spoiler
Land CN top, build a few collectors, build two snipers, move to the island top middle. Get set up and then send a few snipers to the middle island. You can relay there from the PZ left by the nest, aim for about 10 to 15 snipers on the middle island and the AC produced will swamp half of the map!

How?  Nice bugs but I can't make a chain reaction.

Update:  I was able to juggle them and the CN enough to be able to nullify the center even though it wasn't self-sustaining until that was done.

I believe that in Alexx's maps there always is a chain reaction, but it's not as instantenious as you'd expect. I't much more thought through and requires both smart approach and clever planning to make it work.

These maps are fantastic and obviously made by an engineer/mathematician.
