I was having fun with this, but then got huge lag 20 minutes in (I think when the creeper nuke was sent) that never went away even when I restarted the game. Was playing on hard

May not of been lag. There are intentional pauses.
If it was lag you would of been unable to go to the menu to save and load.
I was actually getting to the point where I was looking forward to your maps. I feel bad that I didn't mention sooner, but for my part, I think you've been doing a really good job.

i got some pauses on this map, but no lag, and only a t the end i realized i got the summon vaus thingys, and the nuke, it was too high, dont k now how i got it activated at the end...

It was lag. I could play onwards, but the game progressed slowly and choppily.

That was because of how things where working. Simple answer: There was more and more things you built that had a script do more and more things in a single frame at least every in-game minute but that only happened late game and well, happened per minute and not every 15 seconds so it was acceptable.
