This is an example of what would HQ be, if it had more weaponry. Class Galeon. Building this ship requires some time, but in contrast with DOT its less costful. Its main ability is that he can act almost fully indepent. It has enough weaponry and generators to replace lack of teammates and mines in non critical situations. But do not forget - he's not invinsible.
