Oh did not notice, our missile launcher ignores the AC ones. Similar maps did not have that feature. That is great, thank you. :)

It is built-in behaviour. Missile launchers (since CW3) do not fire at or destroy AC-carrying spores.

I´m sure i played Maps with that launcher type and my missiles shoot them down. But i do not remember anymore the name of these maps.

Well, while you are just saying it, I can point you to the actual issue where this behavior was fixed to conform to how they operated sicne CW3
