I'm almost inclined to say that this is a auto-win map, one can get the only required objective with almost no effort, and the other objective, the mapmaker clearly didn't even attempt.

This is 100% an auto-win map. Slap your rift lab next to the InfoCache, build a single tower, and you're done. There's not even really a challenge with the nullify either since there's zero actual risk to anything you build because of the walls.
