Easy cheese:  Add a Player unit to just above the goal.  Let gravity handle the rest.

If you do NOT add a unit to the menu but is still an actual unit, it simply shows up as a placeable unit in the CPACK mods list.  There's no need to make the Player unit placeable.  That solves the problem rather than the map designer having to set a unit limit.

Having an unit exist automatically adds it to a menu though? I can select what part of the menu to add it to, but not whether I want it added?
Edit: got an answer on discord and am working on it, no need to react to this.
