I won't pretend that this map is super difficult - no way near some of the really hard maps here, BUT, do save often nonetheless, There are a few moves you won't be able to take back here. If that rule works for chess, it works for me :) As often, feedback appreciated. there are a few mapmakers that had an obvious influence on certain ideas behind this map. Many thanks to these guys!

Don't destroy your guppies. I'm not sure why I did, but I finished the game and then later realized I'd need them to activate something that's hidden somewhere in a good hiding spot.

So I restarted the map and it was a lot easier the second time.

If you're having difficulty with this map I would just suggest stopping before you do anything and just ask yourself a lot of "why" questions. No, I mean not just "Why am I playing this map?" I mean things like, "Hey, why is this here?" "Hey, why are those things like that?" "Hey, why is our government just giving money to people like me who clearly don't need it?" and things like that. Seriously. Try asking why and stuff will make more sense.

This is a map that's more instructive than fun. It will teach you to read the instructions on a test before just jumping right into it. The fun is there, though. You just have to look carefully for it.  ;D :P ::) ;D

Yeah, the "fun" in your maps is figuring out the combination - in finding the "trick" - and that's more of an intellectual kind of fun. Unless you fail the map and then it's more of an intellectual frustration which can lead to disaster.

In hindsight, I think this map is better than I thought at the moment... but that's because at that moment I wanted to blow the moon out of orbit and smash it into the earth and create some drastic climate change of my own. But after playing your revised "Beam Party" map I cancelled "Operation Moon Beamed"  ;D

Love your maps when I can figure them out, but the past few I just don't know how to start and either I'm not understanding some bug I should take advantage of, or that bug was eliminated at some point in the past.  Because I'm just stumped.  Can I get a clue so I can get started here?

How can I get things that are off the side of the map?

There's something hidden under the totems. Keep one charged guppy for that

Get the pick up by destroying emitters at the bottom.

Sometimes placing a collector on a PZ allows to reach out farther, to pick things up

Yeah Martin, you actually missed a possible gambit there.
The map *does* start with enough guppies to "Keep one charged guppy for that:, but as you foolishly allowed us to build guppies, that's not even needed.
You really did make this map too easy for us!   ;-)



I can just imagine map without a guppy pickup or rebuildability.
Keep one guppy for the final connection.
