Maybe it's impossible or impractical or too restrictive, but I was wondering if there could be a thread somewhere, maybe with commenting disabled, giving a history/schedule of updates, past and planned, with changes listed. A mailing list for updates would be nice, too.

I'll see if I can pull it all together and create a sticky with this info. When I do the next drop (this weekend if all goes well) I'll create this topic and populate it with previous info and the changes for the current drop.
