QuoteJust Know that you need to collect ALL the tech artifacts
Aside from this fact, this is an amazing map. This one detail is sorta like a friend offering you a ride but then saying, "Just know that I'm going to stop at every intersection and count to 10 before I go." I mean, sure... you can do that but it's kinda unnecessary. There's a script that makes what would be a waste of time (collecting unnecessary things) just go away. If that script were in this map, I'd hands-down give it a 10/10.
So the good stuff far outweighs the nonsense. Love the description of the map, for one... the world needs more humor for sure. Also, the particles are such fun! I'd forgotten how interesting they are (actually more fun in many ways than in the actual Particle Fleet, imo). The start isn't super-easy but it's not frustrating or so stressful that you'll need to restart 10 times and then rage quit. I think I saved the game once, right after the initial setup but after that things are pretty smooth. Well-designed map and interesting terrain too. The Pulsing Black Mass in the middle is so-so... it kinda gets annoying but it also adds a degree of suspense or mystery I suppose. But it's something different, so that tips the scales in its favor just a tad. ;)
Not sure who Dork Seid is, but I'm glad you made this map for him so we get to play it!
Thanks for the map! ;D ;D
Oh, lol thanks. I thought it said "Dork" and not "Dark" ;D ;D
Cheers!
