Let me make a salad, I'll just chop up some tomatoes, a few bananas, add some lettuce and salad dressing and pop it inthe oven for 20 seconds = and it should be great.

This map appears to be like that, random smatterings of stuff that is incomplete and incompatible.

A custom objective that cannot be achieved because it's not set. An info cache that blows up on game start, and a few other things like that - Not enough ERNs to speed up the gameplay, random decaying terrain that cuts the creeper off from invading the player's space, emitters that will never pose a threat...

This is precisely why mapmakers should be required to complete ALL objectives (including all optional objectives) before they can publish their map to prove that it can be done.  Everyone else can do just the required objectives if that is what they want to do, but the mapmaker should have to complete all of the objectives.
