It's not skill it is just having the patience to play with the pause button. A 12 min time takes about an hour or so! Anyone can do it, most have the good sense not to bother! You can beat any of my times if you take it to the next level and use the N button to go frame by frame, Alter Old and EA used to do this and would come in 20% quicker than me on any map!
