Completely surrounded, can you continue to defend and make a comback and destroy the invaders?

Easy except for the lag.

Does it count as "completely surrounded" if you're tucked into the corner of the world like that?

The hardest part of maps is almost always the beginning, before you have a chance to set up.  At the start here you can set the game to x4 speed and take a nap and defend indefinitely while you let your forge get to max level.  Which doesn't have to be a deal breaker, trying to beat the map faster for score or just playing the map can be fun  The problem is after you've set up a million reactors and taken out the spore towers and used a terp to make a smiley face and spelled out "boobs" in the terrain it can be a major slog just to finish, even if you do skip on over to the back/highest layer with guppies and an orbital and such.  You could definitely accomplish everything here with a much smaller size

Agreed. I generally like to just let maps run and take them head-on but this map would be such a slog like that. In hindsight, I don't know that any forge upgrades are necessary. I did a few, then let it build to 400 and took out the inhibitor. I'm pretty sure this could be done under 10 minutes by someone who cares, but for me this was a map to finish.

I do appreciate that it's easy enough for beginners to play, since you can't lose this map. Unless you're really, really... um... bad at winning.

Thanks for the map!  ;D
