Yarp.

Much easier, this one is, especially considering the lessons learned from its predecessors.

In truth, the only part i found challenging was the initial defense of the tree.

P.S. it was still good fun.  8/10, only because of reduced difficulty and nothing really "new" in this map.
Thanx.

Great :)

Thx

How many times ... did you have to do "it" to proceed?

On the previous one I pre-built lots of beams before building a network... realized on this one you only need 2 beams and a few collectors to keep them powered, then you can gradually add to it. Didn't feel pressured to save/load this one - pretty straightforward but still a good bit of fun.

I'm still undecided how I feel about

suiciding AC sprayers

. I feel like the computer is transmitting an "Are you sure you want to do this?" message directly into my brain. And it even has a  :'( at the end. So I feel like a little piece of me dies each time.

But then I eat some Cheetos and it's all good.

Thanks for the map!  ;D

How was the road to the western island in the north?

I liked the map and it's puzzles, but the way of transfer to the east island and the way of its maintain was a bit to annoying.
I feel, that once you solve a next step you should be allowed to have a shortcut, for example when you got to the east island why not let nullify something to make it more maintainable and allow guppies to transfer AC there without manual tricks:
Spoiler
I had to constantly juggle Control Nodes between west islands to transfer AC to the east island.
Another slightly annoying thing was a need to launch full Control Nodes into space. I like the idea, but once player finds the solution don't make him repeat it dozens of times.

Still 9/10, because your maps are great!

is it possible that

you could have used the north island to launch guppies to the east?

hmmm correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't it possible to feed east with guppies?

I totally agree, I could have been even more accurate with the level of creeper on that island. Believe me that the initial plan had 10x the creep. I reduced it several times.
Still 9/10, because your maps are great!

thank you for playing and for this very nice feedback!

Yeah, I didn't really feel like I was juggling as I launched one at a time and just cycled through them. Didn't take much time at all - Real-time time, that is. There was no need to slow things down and pause.

So taking the NW island was easy enough, I thought. But everyone's preferences are different so I understand why some think it was too much. Not to be confused with to much, which is when you are going to a place called "much". But I try not to go there because it's too much when I go to Much.

;)

Guppies, or CN to ferry AC to the east island?
What a novel idea!

why not just
Spoiler

Build fleets of sprayers in the near-unlimited AC swamp in the SW, fly them across to the east, and have them dump their contents?

The guppies come from the NW island, where they are allowed to depart from, but they only ferry energy packets for the building of the network to power the neutralizer.

Martin I just want to say that your mapmaking is outstanding! You really push CW3 to its limits without using CPRL and that is a great achievement. Thank you so much for putting in all the effort to give the rest of us pleasure in the challenge. Keep up the excellent work  :D

What can I say! Thank you for this kind comment. Thank you for playing!

I am working on a map now, albeit slowly, but it will be posted one day.
