Remember this level? It has breeder effect now. You get 5 minutes to prepare, and a bunch of anticreeper emitters.Now the level is doable if you know what you're doing.

you are allowed to build an infinity of neutralizers, instantly(zero cost), and without having a target for them.
So just fill the universe with neutralisers.
