Last version got no positive response, so I made everything a bit easier. Don't overbuild, or you will have to face the consequences...
If you don't like having a weapon limit, then why are you playing and rating the level? Seriously, the way people rate is really unfair.

Just a guess, but 1. Treasures/artifacts give the player false hope, kinda.
2. Probably having some kind of global build limit would be more novice-friendly, but not sure.
3. If it makes you feel any better, many of my maps have gotten rated badly too. :)
With global limit, I mean one that would use SetBuildLimit into all units based on how many you have currently.
Thanks for the map!
I like maps with limited units, but if I may, I think it would be more fun if the limit was 1) apparent to the user (i.e. a counter somewhere on screen) and 2) has no randomness.
And instead of spores as punishment, maybe deal every CN on the map a large amount of damage every tick when over the limit?
The idea of having an overall unit limit instead of separate limits on each unit type is great though.
As for the secrets, I found

but looking at the thumbnail now there are probably

, right?
Maybe every easter egg found should AddAdditionalScore as a little reward for those who find them?
As for the low score, just pretend that people went into such a fit of ecstasy over your map that they accidentally hit the wrong number.

They actually do that. They just don't notify you of it during the game, but after the game it becomes clear as there's around 2500 points of bonus score to be found.
PRG for example seems to have a bonus score of 1200, which means it's over half of all the secrets worth of points.
Some secrets may be hidden less obviously than others by the way. There's a lot more than 5 secrets total. Some are obvious, while others barely hint you of their existence.
I find it weird that even though this is an easier version of the original, the amount of scores and ratings doesn't reflect that. I'm pretty sure I made things slightly easier, so why the 1/10 rating fest?
I decided to run though this one, which is rare for me - I don't like to play an easier version of a map I've already done.
But I kinda like this challenge, and the unknown variable doesn't scare me. I prefer to be prepared for the worst anyway, so I gave myself a limit cap of 21 and finished the map without going over that.
I say just to teach the complainers a lesson, you should set the limit at 20 total and say you were doing it just to see if you could get a lower rating.
Speaking of which, some of the best maps I've played have gotten the worst ratings.
I terped the entire map because Chuck Norris. Unfortunately, I didn't find anything really helpful and my Thor requirement actually went up (it said 17 after getting the artifact, and only 15 in the opening description...?). All the other bonuses were irrelevant. I think the point thing would be ok, but maybe you could give a greater bonus like an additional range/firing speed/etc upgrade? That might be worth going for before finishing the map. Just a thought.
I liked the harder version of the map, so this one was fine too. Don't let the Karens and whiners get to you. They're trying to ride mountain bikes on the Autobahn while trying to eat a steak with a spoon. Let them live in their own bubble of mediocrity and just keep expanding your horizons. ;)
Thanks for the map! ;D
