Go on a treasure hunt with limited buildings and defeat all enemies. Warning: if you overbuild, you will find out about it shortly after.
For other levels, nullifying everything is more of a formality. Here, you actually have to watch out when you extend your base. Manage your everything carefully and you might be able to win. Oh, and Bertha units count as multiple smaller buildings as well. I forgot to say that in-game, but it should have been obvious.
This is an hard level, but you can get a better build limit by restarting a lot and saving when the build limit is high. Like that, you can cheat your way through the level. It's lame, but at least you won't have to rate 1/10.
If you can beat this without saving or starting over, you're awesome.

Well, I dunno about the "awesome" part but I found this relatively easy to beat without saving or starting over. Not that it's an easy map... it's just easy to beat it if you're not in a rush. The three PZ's on the right allow you to take out spores with just one beam, power everything with just one reactor, and hold back the creeper with one mortar (assuming you quickly get both ore mines going asap).
From there, it's a slow process if you want to stay safe. I kept the number at 20-21, just to give myself some wiggle room. I'm sure if you enjoy micromanaging, you could do all sorts of amazing yet potentially stressful things that would give a much quicker and more skillful win.
If you'd like to win this one easily and safely, just hunker down on the right side of the map and wait for your tech to start crankin' out those upgrades.
What I like about this map is that unlike several others, it's not merely the weapons or powergrid that's limited, so you're free to manipulate the numbers however you best see fit. That leaves a lot of freedom and flexibility, which I thought was really cool.
Thanks for the map! ;D
